Our room was very comfortable, with spacious beds and a clean bathroom. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing personalized service that made us feel right at home. the buffet breakfast offered an excellent selection of Japanese and Western options, and the French dinner was a delicious treat. We enjoyed the private onsen and the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains.
